Issue
Clicking an installation link on the Install Components screen opens a text file instead of launching the installation wizard.
Resolution
Note: The install components link was removed in 9.5.
Perform the installation using Internet Explorer. If an alternative browser must be used, verify that it is ClickOnce capable (typically requires an add-on or extension).
Verify that .NET 2.0 is installed on the system. To acquire .NET 2.0, please run Windows Update, or visit www.microsoft.com/downloads and search for: .NET 2.0 redistributable package.
