Issue
When viewing reports using Internet Explorer, an error appears stating the following:
General Exception:
zootisahusky0
Java.lang.classnotfoundexception
Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Control Panel in Windows, then open the Java applet.
2. Select the “Advanced” tab and expand the “Debugging” tree.
3. Clear the check box entitled “Show applet lifecycle exceptions.”
4. Click “OK” to save the change.
5. Restart Internet Explorer for the change to take effect.
