ErrorText.UnableToGetReportData when trying to view reports

When trying to view reports, the following error message displays:



To correct this issue please perform the following steps:

1. Clear the temporary files from your machine
Delete the temporary files from your browser and the java console:

Under Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer :8
Go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Files…

Go to the Control Panel > Java > General > Temporary Internet Files > Settings > Delete Files…

2. Restart all Webtrends services.
3. In the Webtrends Administrative console navigate to:

Administration > System Management > Global Roles Edit the settings for the UI Server and change Report Cache Operating Mode to “Operate in Stand Alone mode”. Set Report Cache Size (MB) to 0, then save.

4. Restart the Webtrends services.
5. Log back into Webtrends and confirm this has corrected the issue.
