Issue
When trying to run an installer for any type of Webtrends software, you receive the error below:
Error: “.exe is not a valid Win32 application.”
Resolution
The cause of this is usually a result of the installer not fully downloading. Because the installer doesn’t have a complete file, this error will occur preventing you from installing it. To resolve this, download the installer again, which should end up being larger than the previous.
