Issue
A scheduled, or manual export of a bookmarked report, sent via e-mail, returns the following error:
Your Webtrends scheduled report could not be generated.
The below error occurred during generation of the report.
If you have any questions, please contact WebTrends Support.
Error message:
Invalid request: None of the requested report names could be found in the specified template. : [bm_9231]
Webtrends server error ID: 126
Resolution
This results when a user without action rights to share bookmarks is included as a recipient for a scheduled export based on a shared bookmark. To resolve this issue, edit all affected user’s rights and grant them the Action Right for Shared Bookmarks. Following that, recreate the bookmark and enable the option for Shared Bookmark, then add the new shared bookmark to the scheduled export in place of the previous entry.
