Issue
When attempting to use Direct Report Access, Webtrends instead redirects to the Alerts page.
Cause
This is because an Admin account is being used for the username and password in the DRA query stem.
To resolve this issue, click Acknowledge All on the Alerts page and try the link again.
Note: Because the DRA link passes the password in plain text, it is not recommended you use an admin account for a DRA link.
