Issue
The Deleted Data Cleanup or Report Data Retention job fails with “Task Execution Failed” as the status, but there are no error messages in the Status from job sub-tasks, any of the event logs, or any of the error logs.
Resolution
In the Administration Console, navigate to Application Settings > System Management > Hosts and select the Scheduler under roles on the right for the system(s) in the Tools Host Group. Deselect the option for “Enable process management on this host” and click Save, after which the jobs will run.
