Issue

When trying to export a report via the Export feature within the application a JRE exception will be thrown stating something similar to the following:

Cannot run program “C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Desktop\bin\win32\wtcmdsh.exe” (in directory “D:\Documents and Settings\”user”desktop”): CreateProcess Error=3, The system cannot find the path specified.

Resolution

2. Backup the registry, then navigate to the following key:

\HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-[long random numeric string]\Software\Javasoft\Prefs\com\Webtrends\

3. Highlight the Webtrends folder and delete it.

Exit out of the registry editor and reinstall the Report Exporter, after which the issue should be resolved.
