“An asp.net setting has been detected that does not apply in integrated pipeline mode”

Issue

While attempting to access the Import/Export feature of the Data Schedule in the User Interface, you receive a 500 internal server error with the message“An asp.net setting has been detected that does not apply in integrated pipeline mode”.

Cause

Resolution

Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services. Click on your host name, then Application Pools > Webtrends Application Pool. Right-click Webtrends Application Pool and select Advanced Settings. Change Managed Pipeline Mode from “Integrated” to “Classic”.
