Cause
The Bandwidth: Kbytes Transferred Trend report displays all values as zeroes.
Resolution
For software customers using IIS web logs, this value populates from the Bytes Received (cs-bytes) field. Other logging solutions, including Webtrends SmartSource Data Collector, do not capture this value, and as a result, populate this report with null values.
