Cause
The measure numbers shows up in percent and you don’t want them to. Conversely, you want your measure to be displayed as a percentage but it shows decimal numbers.
Resolution
When the word “percent” is in the measure name the measurement will be displayed as percentages.
Percent formatting applies to standard and custom measures. To change a standard measure to decimal copy the measure and change the name to one without percent. In On Demand or Analytics version9 using “%” in the measure will also have the measure display in percent. In version 8 “%” will be decimal number formatting.
