Webtrends Analytics 9.x
Cause
Webtrends Analytics or Visitor Data Mart (VDM) has been installed and the WTmover must be installed as well.
Resolution
Installing the Mover:
The mover package is not installed with the rest of the Analytics or VDMsolution. Download the mover.zip file attached to this KB and extractit to the following folder: Webtrends\modules
To install the wtmover as a service, open a command line window navigate to the mover’s path an type the following command:
wtmover -install
The mover is now installed but will require specifying the mover service to run under the Webtrends service account in the Services snap-in.
