Cause
Message Queuing is a requirement for installation of Webtrends Analytics 9.2x and a warning will be received prior to the installation stating that Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) is missing and needs to be installed. To install Message Queuing 4.0 on Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2, follow the steps below:
Resolution
1. From Start > Administrative Tools > Server Manager, click Features.
2. In the right-hand pane under Features Summary, select Add Features.
3. In the resulting window, expand Message Queuing.
4. Expand Message Queuing Services.
5. Click Message Queuing Server.
6. Click Next, then click Install.
