Cause
You are trying to access dashboard data via ODBC, but no reports exist with the name “dashboard.”
Resolution
Dashboard data is built at report time by using three internal tables that are not visible through the user interface.Connect to Webtrends using your existing ODBC connection and select one of the following tables:
- VisitSummary
- VisitorSummary
- PageViewSummary
