Cause
You have a need to disable 64 bit analysis for troubleshooting purposes.
Resolution
This is a troubleshooting step only. If 64 bit does not run, there are other issues going on that need to be addressed. Most likely caused by hardware or OS configuration.
Modify the file .Webtrendsstorageconfigwtm_wtxwtm_wtx.ini adding the following line under the [profile] section:
force32biton64bit = true
