Cause
When using one of the Webtrends command line utilities, the following error message displays:
“Can’t load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform”
Resolution
This results from using the command line executable on a 64-bit operating system. The system will use the 64-bit command line .dll by default, but all of Webtrends’ command line tools are written for 32-bit. To resolve this issue, go to Start > Run and type the following command:
%windir%syswow64cmd.exe
Navigate to the directory where Webtrends’ command line executable is stored and attempt to run it again.

This issue has been known to affect both the analyzeprofile.vbs and batch_export.exe commands.
