Cause
The files in modules\tools\temp directory use significant hard drive space.
Resolution
This directory houses the temporary files of the backup jobs that are running and if a backup job fails or is cancelled, it can leave partially backed up file in this directory. If there are no backup jobs running, the files in this directory can be safely deleted. If you do have a backup job running, either wait for it to complete or stop the backup job prior to deleting the files in this folder.
