Cause
Your data is in Unicode and you would like to extract or export it.
Resolution
Webtrends Analytics versions 8.x:
Exporting Unicode data can be achieved with the Report Exporter in PDF, Word, or CSV format. You cannot get Unicode data using the ODBC driver to import data into Excel.
Webtrends Analytics 9.x:
Exporting Unicode data can be achieved with the Report Exporter in PDF, Word, or CSV format. Additionally, Unicode data can be obtained through the Data Extraction API or what is commonly referred to as DX/REST.
