Cause
By default, Webtrends assumes your profile is being created for the US.This may not be the correct setting for you, though.You can usually spot this on your Countries report.
Resolution
In a software environment, you can change this at either the profile level or globally.In the OnDemand environment, you can only set this at the profile level.
To change this setting at the profile level:
1 > Edit the profile
2 > Under Analysis, select Language & Currency
3 > Under Home Country, select your country from the drop down
4 > Click Save
To change this setting at the global level:
1 > Under Reports & Profiles, select Options
2 > Select Analysis and then Language & Currency
3 > Under Home Country, select your country from the drop down
4 > Click Save
