Cause
Registration is required the first time a base license key is used, and in the case where the application is unable to connect to the licensing server to submit the registration information, it can be registered manually by navigating to the following URL in a web browser:

http://product.webtrends.com/wrc/8/keyregistration.aspx?prodtype=wrc&productcode=wrc&version=8.0d&authkey=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Replace the value of the version parameter, in this case, 8.0d, with the the correct version, then replace the value of the authkey parameter (XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX) with the base license key.
