Cause
By default, Webtrends caches page titles on a per-profile level. Users would like this to be done on a global level.
Resolution
Navigate to the following location:
\Webtrends\storage\config\wtm_wtx
Edit the wtm_wtx.ini file.
Locate the following line:
UsePerProfileHTMLCache = true
Change to:
UsePerProfileHTMLCache = false
Save the changes.
Page titles will now be cached globally for use by all profiles.
