You want to determine which version of the Smartsource Data Collector (SDC) is installed.
Resolution
1. On the SDC server, browse to the Smartsource Data Collector installation directory
2. Open the file bldnum.txt (Webtrends Analytics 8.x and earlier) OR version.txt (Webtrends Analytics 9.x and later) and compare that number with the table below:
