Cause
After upgrading to Webtrends 8.5x or above, data sources currently in use by a profile cannot be deleted.
Resolution
Use the list in “Show Uses” to determine which profiles the data source needs to be removed from, remove the data source from those profiles, after which the delete option for the data source becomes available.
This change was made to enforce a specific order of operations for removal of a data source, and to prevent corruption of the database and profile configuration files.
