Cause
The WT.seg_ parameters are present in the web logs and the “Enable Visitor History” check box has been checked in addition to the option to “Export Visitor History database (as .csv file).” When Visitor History is exported, no WT.seg_ parameters are present.
Resolution
Enable “Custom Visitor Segmentation” within the Visitor History section for the profile to ensure segmentation parameters are included in the Visitor History exports.
