Cause
As of October 1, 2010, MSNBot is no longer listed in the Spiders report within Webtrends due to Microsoft’s decision to rename MSNBot to BingBot. This is being updated in Webtrends On Demand on November 6th, 2010 and can be updated within Webtrends Analytics 8.1a and higher by going to http://www.webtrends.com/Support/SoftwareCenter.aspx, downloading and running the Keywords/Browsers updater.
