What are the GMT and United States time zone differences?
Resolution
The following chart displays time relative to GMT and the four United States time zones. Although “standard time” (*ST) is used, GMT changes with the US time zones so regardless of whether or not Daylight Saving Time is in effect, the time indicated below will accurately correlate to the time zone to which it aligns in the matrix.
