Issue
While trying to add a report to a template, you get the following error:
An internal error occurred.The message sent by the error is: (UnsupportedOperationException)
Resolution
Corrupted characters in the default.ini file of the customtables folder causes the file to be unusable by the template editor.
In software the file is in: \storage\config\wtm_wtx\datfiles\customtables
Go to the bottom of the default.ini and look for and remove the following:
[defaults]
=
=
The bottom of the file ends normally in the [default] section following by a number representing the number of custom reports in the file, and a time stamp of the last edit. The bottom of the default.ini should look like this:
[default]
customtableprofilecount = 112
