The Request Filtering module is not available under the IIS settings on the Webtrends server

Issue

The Request Filtering module is installed under IIS on the Webtrends server, but the feature is not available and therefore cannot be enabled for the web site.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the “Administration Pack” from the following site:

http://www.iis.net/download/AdministrationPack

Once this is installed you should then have the ability to enable Request Filtering on the website.
