Issue
A custom date range of over ninety days’ length, but less than one year, is selected, but report data does not display beyond the first quarter.
Cause
This occurs when a custom date range is selected that includes a reporting period that has not been enabled on the profile, in this case, the quarterly report period. The application attempts to fill the range with the largest possible “bucket,” but the absence of the quarterly period prevents it from using this unit. As a result, the date range displayed will consist of smaller units and go no further because the quarterly bucket is expected.
Resolution
To display report data in a custom date range beyond this limitation, enable the quarterly reporting period and reanalyze the profile.
