Issue
When you look at the last run times of your scheduled jobs in the user interface, the times vary by an hour from your local system time, however, if you actually watch the jobs enter the queue and process, you see that they are running at the correct times.
Resolution
This issue only affects the reported run time of your jobs. The actual jobs do run at the correctly scheduled time. The interface reports times based off of the settings for the scheduler time zone, however, the scheduler itself always runs on GMT. To fix this issue, simply adjust the scheduler time zone an hour ahead or an hour back in order to get the times to display correctly.
Note: Adjusting the scheduler time zone in this manner does not affect when jobs actually run.
To adjust the scheduler time zone, perform the steps below.
1. From the Webtrends Administration Console, click Job Scheduler > Options > Time Zone.
2. Adjust the Time Zone ahead or behind an hour as necessary.
3. Click Save.
