Issue
When viewing the Single Level Paths, Forward or other Path Analysis reports, switching between Linear View and Path view causes the metrics displayed to be inconsistent.
Resolution
Path Analysis reports change the position of the starting page when switching between Linear View and Path View. As a result, in the Path view, the first level path seen will be the second page viewed in the visit path, whereas in Linear View, it will be the first page of the path.
In Linear View, the end of visit is removed, and the first page of the visit is display directly to the right of the All Entry Pages icon. In Path View, the first step of the visit is moved into the total of All Entry Pages and is therefore not individually visible. Because of this, only the next step in the visit and steps thereafter are visible.
