Webtrends Analytics 8.x
Cause
To export Webtrends reports in an East Asian language, the following prerequisites must be met:
- The Microsoft Windows East-Asian language pack must be installed on the machine from which it will be exported.
- “Support for additional languages” must be installed in the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). Versions of Java above 1.6.x include this by default.
Resolution
Once these conditions are met, uninstall and reinstall the Webtrends Report Exporter. This will enable the Report Exporter to load the font definition files required to translate the export data.
