Question
Where is the bounce rate report in Webtrends?
Answer
The "bounce rate" is a measure of how often a visit ends after hitting the entry page without going to any other pages. Webtrends does not have a specific report for displaying the bounce rate, but this can be calculated by referring to the Single-Page Visits in combination with the Entry Pages report and/or the Total Visits count.

There are three different possible calculations for bounce rate:
Bounce rate for an individual page - calculated by dividing Single-Page Visits (for that page) by Entry Pages (for that page)
Bounce rate for a group of pages - calculated by dividing the sum of Single-Page Visits (for all the pages in the group) by the sum of Entry Pages (for all the pages in the group)
Bounce rate for all site pages combined - calculated by taking the total number of Single-Page Visits divided by the total number of visits.
