How do I delete the DNS resolution cache?
Answer
Webtrends maintains the DNS resolution cache in the file, reverselookups.ini, 
located in the following directory: 
 
\Webtrends\modules\analysis\engine\[version number]
 
To delete the DNS resolution cache follow the steps below: 
 
1. Locate the file, reverselookups.ini, in the directory referenced above. 
2. Delete the file. 
*Note:* The reverselookups.ini file will be regenerated after the next analysis that has DNS resolution enabled.
