Action Center

When attempting to create or alter a connection under the Manage Connections section of Action Center using the Universal Connector, you may see an error saying "Invalid destination definition, Futures time out after  [10 seconds]" while attempting to save the connection settings.

When you configure a connection in Action Center through Connection Manager using the Universal Connector, the final step after you hit Save is for Action Center to test the connection by writing a small file to the new destination.  If it is unable to do so, it will produce the message "Invalid destination definition, Futures time out after  [10 seconds]".

 

Verify username, password and server destination, and check permissions on the server to make sure the user has sufficient rights.   Test credentials with 3rd party sftp client.
