Introduction
While installing and configuring the ODBC Connection driver, you rreceive the error "unable to download profile list".  You are logging on with an account in the Administrator role
Next Steps
Similar to SFTP, the Administrator role no longer has ODBC rights.  This is because should the administrator require a password reset, any automated process tied to that account, such as an application using the ODBC connection, would begin to fail at the password reset.

As a result, prior to setting up your ODBC connection, create a new user account with the following Action Rights:
Accounts
Profiles
ODBC Driver

Dedicate this account to your ODBC connections.
