How do I configure Page file types for use with URL Rebuilding?

Introduction
We need to set individual page file types to not truncate in order to use URL Rebuilding.

Page File types can be found by editing the profile, and then under analysis, going to page view definitions. 
 
1. Web analysis->Reports and profiles->edit your profile->analysis->Page view definitions
2. Deselect Use the global page view definition and select the File types radio button
     a. Import the global list
More Information
By default, in 8.7d, all page extensions are NOT truncated. To truncate a query string, specify the file type like this example:
