Issue
Scheduled jobs either fail immediately or the job queue shows the task in a suspended state where it fails to advance from the initial queue state of “Analyzeprofile.vbs starting.”
Resolution
Webtrends must be able to execute the “Analyzeprofile.vbs” script to move forward with analysis. Any virus scanners must have script blocking capabilities disabled or execeptions must be made for this file. The script is located in the following Webtrends directory: \Webtrends\modules\analysis\
