Agent is listed as not installed in the UI

Issue

Agent for a given host is listed as not installed in the UI even though the service is running.

Resolution

The service account running the scheduler agent service does not have admin rights to the local machine.

Additional Information:
The agent will only be installed if an analysis engine has been installed, or something else that can run jobs. System DB alone does not install the agent.
